The Web Portal was developed in order to improve the customer experience while reducing the cost of customer care.

UltraSoft Technologies has announced the launch of its new Customer Web Portal. Thanks to software solutions provider's new portal, business center operators are now able to easily and openly interact with clients and prospects 24/7. The Web Portal was developed in order to improve the customer experience while reducing the cost of customer care.

The portal is easily integrated with the business center's website and establishes an open line of communication between center operators, in-house clients and prospective clients around the world.

Business centers using the Customer Web Portal will now be able to

• book meeting rooms and services online
• deliver invoices and related information online
• log and monitor customer care queries online
• allow customers to manage and update their profiles online
• publish up-to-date center information and procedures
• capture web enquiries and process them in UltraSoftCRM automatically

The web portal uses real-time data held in UltraSoft, eliminating the need to update manually. It can be accessed from anywhere at any time, using a computer, mobile phone or PDA.
