UltraSoft's CSA module was developed as a solution to business center operator challenges.

UK-based UltraSoft Technologies, the leading provider of software solutions for the serviced office industry, has announced a new addition to their software, the Contract Service Agreement (CSA) module.

The company has recognized a couple of challenges that result from contract services (such as broadband Internet, IT and telecommunications) being sold together with Office License Agreement: customers are taking longer to sign agreements because they have to decide on both office space requirements and contract service needs, and business center operators have less control on the discount offered for the contract services and lack ability to create service agreements only for contract services.

UltraSoft's CSA module was developed as a solution to these challenges. The CSA module is published as an integral part of existing UltraSoft Licence Agreement Module (LAM) which already plays a vital role for creation, renewal and control of License Agreements in business centre world.

A number of companies have already customized the CSA module to fit their business needs. With the CSA module, business centers now have choice: they can either produce one agreement for office space and contract services or produce two separate agreements offering greater control.

Managing Director of UltraSoft Technologies Ltd Harun Biswas said, “UltraSoft prides itself on its ability to innovate and create new solutions to address new challenges. Adaptation of CSA within UltraSoft System reconfirms our understanding of business center needs today."
