Avanta, Business Environment Group (BEG), and Instant Offices were all named as a Best Small Company to Work for.

The Sunday Times recently released their list of the "100 Best Small Companies to Work for," and three serviced office companies made the list: Avanta, Business Environment Group (BEG), and Instant Offices. Organizers surveyed more than 230,000 employees at 934 companies for their opinions and evaluated each organizations key statistics, processes and policies.

officebroker.com reports that BEG moved up 12 places from last year's ranking to No. 23, and also earned the three-star "Outstanding" rating, shared with just 50 other companies in the UK. The company placed eighth in the "Staff Wellbeing" category.

Business Environment Group's Finance Director Simon Rusk is quoted as saying, "In any service industry, how you look after your staff then flows into the service that you provide to clients. The receptionist who is happy and empowered will want to do her best for that client when they walk through the door in the morning," adding, "It's a real testament to how, as a team, we pull together and support each other."

Avanta placed 74th and earned a high score for personal growth.

Avanta's Director of Human Resources & Training Jill Jackson said in a recent press release, “Ensuring staff are happy, motivated and are provided with promotion opportunities to achieve their career development ambitions is the key to the ongoing success of any business. So to receive this award is just reward for the way we strive to engage our workforce by ensuring they are involved in all aspects our business."

Instant Offices placed 95th on the list. "I'm passionate about making Instant a challenging and enjoyable place to work," the company's CEO and Founder, Rob Hamilton, said. "Instant is a place where people can achieve their goals and have fun and we are thrilled to be once again a Best Company to Work For.
