ABCN Member Avanta Managed Offices Launches New Concierge Service
ALLIANCE Business Centers NETWORK Member Avanta Managed Offices last week announced the launch of a new Concierge and Travel Desk. This new program has been installed at all 18 UK business center locations. This program will help clients with everything from getting theatre tickets, having a report typed up, picking up dry cleaning, and making travel arrangements.
Avanta has partnered with Cushion the Impact, CT Travel and Virtual City PA in order to offer these services and conveniences to their executive suites clients at a discounted rate.
With this new offering, Avanta aims to free up valuable management time and allow serviced office clients to focus on running their core business.
“The new Concierge and Travel Desk has been introduced following requests from clients taking part in a client focus group that we held in London earlier in the year,” Avanta's Director of Operations David Kinnaird said."We are continually improving and refining our product offerings and so we are delighted to be partnering with three high-quality companies, all of which are leaders in their specific fields.
