The first session in the series will discuss "The 2010 Office Trend that Will Forever Change How OBCs Conduct Business."

The ALLIANCE Academy announced this week the launch of the Discovery and Recovery Series. This series of training will take place throughout the year. Hour-long Webinars will be held every few weeks, allowing students to learn and master the critical trends, tools and resources that will bring their centers increased ROIs, better customer loyalty, and help them stand out against the competition.

The first session in the series will discuss "The 2010 Office Trend that Will Forever Change How OBCs Conduct Business." This thought-provoking Webinar will answer the following questions:

How will the office of the future look?
How will the office of the future enhance productivity?
How will the office of the future accommodate collaboration?
How will the office of the future help with issues such as work-life balance?

Students will discover new and unique OBC models across the globe and how to incorporate these new concepts to diversify business center space and service to capture new business, learn how others are creating a center community responsible for sharing ideas and resources with other client to drive client growth, center services, and long term clients, and regain position as a resource of virtual assistants and recapture lost service revenue.

This timely and exciting series will begin on Friday, January 22, 2010 at 12PM EST and costs $69.99 per connection. For more information, visit The Academy events page. To register, click here
