With an intense focus on providing the highest quality service and products, the Mansfield business center is able to differentiate themselves from the competition.

Officing Today spoke with Joe Combest, President and Owner of Tuscan Executive Suites in Mansfield, Texas. While Joe is very new to the industry, he shares the same enthusiasm and commitment to excellent service and high quality offerings that the industry's best and brightest possess. Tuscan Executive Suites is part of the new generation of business centers, which are highly focused on virtual offices and services - a part of the industry in which being big isn't always necessary. With an intense focus on providing the highest quality service and products, the Mansfield business center is able to differentiate themselves from the competition.

Can you give us a brief history of Tuscan Executive Suites? What is your history with the company?
I bought Tuscan Executive Suites from the developer in 2008 and took over operations in August 2009.  Tuscan Executive Suites’ building was the first building constructed in the office park (Tuscany on Walnut Creek Office Park) in 2008.

What are your company’s mission and goal?
Our Mission Statement is: Tuscan Executive Suites, LLC will be the preeminent provider of Executive Office and Support Services, offering the Quality, Flexibility, and Affordability needed to support the success of the small businesses, start-up businesses, and professionals within the Mansfield, Texas market.

Our goals are to: maintain the interior, exterior, and grounds of the property to provide “Class A” property and professional image/status; achieve and maintain “state-of-art” telecommunication and data networks; and achieve and maintain full-service administrative support capabilities.

What can you tell us about your local markets and competition?
Mansfield is an exciting and growing market on the southern edge of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. It has continued to grow, although slower, even during the current recession. There are no other class A business centers in the Mansfield area. You would have to drive to Dallas or Fort Worth to find a facility of our caliber.

How do you differentiate your business from that of competitors?
QUALITY, QUALITY, QUALITY. We are the only facility in our suburban market that offers a facility and services that are comparable to what you would find in the large markets of Dallas and Ft. Worth. So if you want all of the capabilities but don’t want to drive to the city, we are the clear choice.

Can you tell us about the wedding chapel/conference center on the grounds?

Tuscan Executive Suites was the first building to be built as a part of a great office park called Tuscany on Walnut Creek. Tuscany on Walnut Creek is an 8.6 acre project that is all Tuscan-themed with red tiled roofs and natural stone and brick. Once completed, it will have approximately 60,000 square feet of office space and a 13,000 square foot conference center. The Conference center is patterned after an 18th century Italian church and piazza, complete with fountains, pavestoned walkways and landscaped gardens.

The park is intended for business incubation, allowing for new businesses to form and develop within the Executive Suite category of office space.  From there, growing businesses may move up to multi-room suites, office condos, or free-standing office buildings up to 7500 square feet.

What trends have you noted in the industry and for your company since the recession began?
I just got in the industry in August of 2009.  I guess from where I am starting, it can only get better!!!!!

What is your company looking forward to in the future?
Just getting the word out that we are here!
