"External investment is a new trend in the industry," Frank said.

ALLIANCE Business Centers NETWORK Chairman Frank Cottle was interviewed again last week by aBetterOffice, an office business center industry website. In the interview, Frank discussed how our industry has changed over the years and what is in stock for the future. 

He discussed the impact of technology on the industry, the shift in ownership models, current challenges faced by the industry at large, new trends and more.

"There is more capital available in this industry right now than ever before – even in this down cycle in the marketplace. You just have to have a business plan worthy of attracting it," Frank said.
