Emerging Office Models Let Clients Lounge in the Lap of Business Center Luxury
In response to a growing popularity for meetings held in more relaxed settings, Executive Offices Group (EOG) recently announced the launch of a new Club Lounge at their Central Court London office location. The new business center model functions as a meeting space where clients can drop in and do business, rather than having to sign on for a full-time office or traditional meeting room.
The Club Lounge is part of the company’s Executive Club membership plan that will launch next year. The new service will allow clients to drop in at any of EOG’s Club Lounges which will be set up at a number of London businesses addresses.
Club Lounge features include video conferencing, internet and telephone facilities and services, access to private meeting rooms, breakout areas and private courtyards, kitchen facilities, and a professional receptionist and support staff who offer additional services. Mail handling is also available at these locations.
This business center model is a prime example of how business centers are adapting to the needs of a changing and growing market. More companies and entrepreneurs have switched from traditional office leases to executive suites. Virtual offices in particular have enjoyed a stead growth as they offer excellent business support for the most nominal fees. The club lounge trend first came about when the Institute of Directors introduced their Directors’ Lounges set up.
