Orega Partners with SACO in the UK

ALLIANCE Business Centers NETWORK Member Orega has announced a partnership with serviced apartment company SACO. The strategic partnership will allow each company to offer beneficial prices to clients who book both a serviced office and serviced apartment in Manchester or Birmingham.

The partnership is reported to be the first joint marketing venture between two companies of this type in the UK.

Orega recently opened new executive suites locations at Piccadilly Place in Manchester and Colmore Plaza in Birmingham. SACO most recently opened serviced apartments at Picadilly Place and also has two Birmingham locations, at Brindleyplace and in Edgbaston.

Paul Finch, joint Managing Director of Orega, said in a recent press release, "Our tie-up with SACO is a natural extension to the large range of services we already offer. It enables us to provide them with the same high level of accommodation at night that they are accustomed to having during the day, at a beneficial rate."

SACO Sales and Marketing Director Jo Redman said: "We offer a more cost effective solution for long-term stays than hotels which has helped us increase our bookings by 55 per cent in the last six months. Orega's strategy to open high-quality business centres in top locations mirrors our own, providing a perfect partnership for our all-round serviced package."
