The high popularity of the flexible office option offered in this location is a good indicator of the growing interest in serviced offices throughout the country, not just in the larger cities, but in the more remote areas as well.

Business centers in London have seen a steady increase in executive suites enquiries and occupancies this year as companies look to cut costs and enjoy greater flexibility and business support. Other areas in the United Kingdom are picking up business, as well.

Caswell Science & Technology Park reports that their serviced offices are close to fully occupied. The executive suites center offers 31 workstations, which are currently new full occupation thanks to 11 different firms who are clients there.

The business center is located just off of the A43 near Towcester in Northants and is run by Fasset.

The center's sales executive, Diane Partington, said in a recent news article that the center currently has only one two-desk office open.

“There may well be the commercial impetus for us to convert other space on the park into serviced offices, depending on demand," she said.

She explained their clientele, saying "What we’re seeing is a growth in start-ups, sometimes funded by redundancy packages, and the rise of outsourced companies, which lowers the employment costs of larger companies."

The high popularity of the flexible office option offered in this location is a good indicator of the growing interest in serviced offices throughout the country, not just in the larger cities, but in the more remote areas as well. Businesses in all regions are finding that executive suites and virtual offices are a highly viable solution for cutting costs and improving employees' work-life balance.
