ABCN Member Orega Appoints London Property Specialist to Assist with Expansion

ALLIANCE Business Centers NETWORK Member Orega has appointed property specialist Alex Peers as a consultant to help drive the serviced office company's expansion into the hot London market.

With over 20 years of experience in with the capital’s property market, Peers offers a wealth of knowledge and expertise. He has worked at Allsop & Co., Farebrother, Maris Midtown and Asset Interiors, and has run his own surveying business.

Peers will represent the serviced office company in negotiations with landlords and funds throughout the capital and will assit with shortlisting properties and locations as possible business centers.

Orega, which was founded in 2000 by Zach Douglas and Paul Finch, has already opened three new executive suites centers this year - at Gatwick Airport, Birmingham and Manchester, adding to their five existing locations in the South East.

Zach Douglas, joint MD of Orega, said in a recent press release, "In order to satisfy our growing portfolio of corporate clients, we are now seeking good quality, well-located office space in central London and expect to see the first of many Orega branded business centres in the capital soon."
