ABCN Member Orega Signs Largest Deal in Company History

The contract for 100 workstations is Orega's largest deal to date.

ALLIANCE Business Centers NETWORK Member Orega announced this week that it had struck a deal with UK energy company Centrica. The contract for 100 workstations is Orega's largest deal to date. 

Orega continues to enjoy steady growth in the current economic climate, and has noted their current occupancy levels as the highest since the company's inception. 

In a recent press release, Orega's Co-Managing Director Zach Douglas said, "A big draw for Centrica was our ability to customise the business centre space to suit their very exacting requirements within a short timeframe. The building had to be adapted to meet their complex IT demands, which included installing connections to Centrica’s main server in Windsor to enable the team to work remotely. This effectively involved a completely new fit-out, with the contractors working nights and weekends to enable the project team to move in at the earliest possible time."

Centrica selected Orega's Staines, Middlesex location as the workplace of choice for its project team. The Fairfield Avenue location, in operation since 2000, was one of Orega's first. The executive suites are conveniently located close to the mainline railway station and just a 12-minute drive from Heathrow. The business center offers 32,000 square feet of office space.
