The Works Business Centre, a Manchester, UK-based serviced offices company, recently announced a change in management. The company is now managed by Anvic Developments, who are experienced with the Manchester executive suites market. The management company is also responsible for Picadilly House and two executive suites companies in Burnley.
The Works Business Centre was previously run by an independent operator.
Located just off London Road A6, the center offers on-site parking at their Union Street address. Picadilly Station is just a ten-minute walk away. The company has provided serviced office space, meetings rooms, virtual offices and professional services for approximately five years.

The Anvic takeover has given the centre a real lift. I was there for a couple of months following the takeover and the experience they've gained from other developments over 25 years was evident.
I think they'll do an excellent job there.
