ABCN Member Executive Suites at the Hippodrome Announces New Executive Vice President

ALLIANCE Business Centers NETWORK Member Executive Suites at the Hippodrome recently announced a change in management. Neil Heilberg stepped in as Executive Vice President of the serviced office company in October.

Heilberg brings his extensive background in the real estate industry to his new position. Previously he served as President of Heilberg Properties, a real estate consulting and advisory firm providing services including strategic planning, organizational development, general management and asset management. Before working with Heilberg Properties, Heilberg was the Chief Investment Officer for The Sheldrake Organization, where he was responsible for the strategic planning for the creation of the Sheldrake Green Fund. For nine years prior to that position, Heilberg was Chief Operating Officer at commercial real estate owner and operator Denholtz Associates. During his tenure, the company grew from 3 million to 8 million square feet totaling $750 million in asset value.

Heilberg is ready to take on his new duties with vigor. "Our primary focus for Executive Suites at the Hippodrome is to provide our tenants with first class space and a full menu of services, all in a professional, state-of-the-art environment.  We are extremely focused on providing a high level of customer service for our tenants and their guests. Additionally, we have spent a great deal of time and effort toward building an advanced IT infrastructure system for our clients. It is our goal to continue to build on our existing strong foundation and platform," he said.
