Rave Reviews for ABCN's 17th Annual Strategic Summit
ALLIANCE Business Centers NETWORK's 17th Annual Strategic Summit took place last week in New York City. Comprised of two days of intensive conferencing and unique networking opportunities, the conference was a great success. Panelists and presenters and speakers included well-known office business center and real estate industry leaders and experts: Andrew Laing of DEGW, ALLIANCE Impact Marketing Executive Director Mike Sullivan, LinkedIn Expert Viveka von Rosen and Executive Director Susan Smith - both from The ALLIANCE Academy, ABCN Chairman Frank Cottle, President of Buck Consulting International Rene Buck, Rich Rodgers of LiveClip Inc., Executive Director and Principal of ALLIANCE Office Strategies Karen Condi, and others. Summit content focused on the future of the industry and its clients. European Members were especially pleased with the global focus of the topics and content.
The yearly meeting ended on a high note, with attendees celebrating with dinner and dancing while cruising the New York Harbor. Industry members who participated in the meeting had highly positive feedback to share:
Brenda Ptacin of The Office Quarters in Allentown, PA said, "[This conference deserved] five stars! I really enjoyed the Summit. The session format and topics were very informative. I have many, many pages of notes. I left with numerous ideas to change our products and services and with a better understanding of the future direction of OBCs. I cannot wait until the next Summit in San Francisco. Having said how great the Summit was, shame on those OBCs that didn't attend!"
"It was a GREAT conference, [ABCN] did an amazing job!" Laura Kozelouzek said. "I'm glad I participated. It was a success: great contacts and participants, and the conference was educational and fun at the same time."
Ryan Dugan of American Executive Centers in Philadelphia said, "It was the best Industry conference I've been to, and I really appreciated the opportunity to talk to Frank about his experiences and ideas about the future."
Arthur Kretchman said, "[We] had a great time and are already looking forward to [the 2010 WorldView Forum in] Prague!"
Nathan Jansch, Owner of The Boardroom at Cherry Creek also offered a glowing review in a post on his center's blog: "Earlier this year I sort of questioned whether or not we should stay as Members of this organization, given the rough economy and the need to look at every little expense. After attending a the first day of the ALLIANCE Summit, I have to unequivocally recommend ABCN and say that I should have never questioned its value."
"Now, I don't normally gush about companies like this, especially in my company blog, but I’m so thoroughly excited by the opportunities that ABCN is presenting to its members, that I just HAVE to share it," he writes. You can find his blog by clicking here.
Kathlene Buchanan, President of Metro Offices in Florida said, "I enjoyed the ABCN conference in New York. I found it to be informative and a good use of my time. It convinced me that Metro Offices is heading in the right direction for future success in our industry. Thank you and your team for all the efforts to make it meaningful to the attendees. As always, the networking was GREAT!"
