Pacific Business Centers Deploy UltraSoft System
ABCN Member Pacific Business Centers (PBC) recently announced a partnership with ABCN Partner UltraSoft. PBC will now use the UltraSoft System to manage center operations at their 15 California locations.
UltraSoftBIS is a turn-key software solution designed specifically for the office business center market. The software automates the entire business center process from sales force automation to contract generation, billing and key management information reporting.
"The main reason we chose the UltraSoft software was because it brings all the various support pieces we need, such as CRM, contract management, occupancy management, invoicing, and reporting, in one single integrated package,” PBC Chief Executive Officer Laurent Dhollande said in a recent press release. "It makes a lot of sense to eliminate data entry redundancy across separate systems, no matter how good our dedicated legacy programs were."
With UltraSoftBIS, PBC now has access to over 50 automated management reports. Key performance indicators will be monitored allowing center management to assess the business at every angle and immediately address potential problems.
"Opportunities can be identified and developed which guarantees a more profitable business for us," Dhollande said.
Jeff Warner, Managing Partner at PBC said, "The UltraSoft System is used by the industry's best so we are very delighted to be an UltraSoft customer. In fact, a critical driver of our choice was to standardize on the platform we thought was most likely to become the new standard for our industry. This is important as our growth strategy is based on partnering with OBC operators around the U.S. that will share common technology platforms with us."
Harun Biswas, Director of UltraSoft Technologies, added, "We look forward to working along-side Pacific Business Centers to strengthen the performance of their business and aid all their strategic expansion plans."
"UltraSoft delivers unbeatable tools that improve the way center business is managed and operates," ABCN Chairman Frank Cottle said. "This is an excellent move for PBC."
