ABT Executive Suites Signs Lease at Millennium Center in Dallas

The lease covers over 27,000 square feet.

ABT Executive Suites last month announced they had signed a lease with the Millennium Center in Dallas, Texas. The lease covers over 27,000 square feet.

Ebby Halliday Realtors (EHR) represented ABT in the transaction. Realtor and Executive Suite Industry consultant, Sonny Moyers of EHR and The O'Dea-Moyers Group said in a recent press release, "ABT will operate one of the most beautiful and strategically located executive suite facilities in the nation at the Millennium Centre. It will continue to provide new and innovative services to clients who will realize significant savings as a result."

ABT operates ten centers in the Dallas area, offering flexible office space solutions, technology services, and personalized office support. Clients include Fortune 1000 companies and entrepreneurial companies.
