IZA Business Centers Expands Frontier in Mexico

ABCN Member IZA Business Centers recently announced the opening of their newest executive suites location in Guadalajara, Mexico. IZA Business Centers continues to stand out for its leadership in the fields of business, customer service and innovative business facilities.

Speeches were given by Owner Federico Garcia Iza, the center's operations manager, and by President Fox. The offices received a blessing by Catholic priests, and attendees were given a tour of the facilities.

IZA offers executive suites in prestigious, strategic locations throughout the country. Eight of the centers are in Monterrey (including three in San Pedro) and another in Tijuana. Business has been increasingly lucrative for the company. As Federico explains, "Mexico is a very attractive country for investors. They are able to pay lower wages and the distance between their headquarters and Mexico is less than if they opened offices in China. They understand and appreciate the advantages of zero initial investment and lease terms that are exactly as they want."
