Ian Kibby Joins ABCN as Senior Director for the United Kingdom

Ian Kibby joins ABCN as Senior Director for the United Kingdom region.

Next he worked at MLS, proving to be a critical part of the company's incredible growth as they expanded from six to 76 locations in his seven years there.

During his time with MLS, Ian enjoyed a three year appointment to the Board of the UK, witnessing and coming to better understand the day-to-day issues facing OBC operators. A year ago, he established his own specialist consultancy.

"Fundamentally, in the UK the business center industry is still relatively immature and the aggregate market share of all operators is still only around three percent of the total commercial office market," Ian said. "This gives the industry plenty of room for further expansion and a superb opportunity to continue educating the marketplace as to the advantages and benefits of business centers. I think it is this very opportunity that still excites me about the industry and is the main reason why I've joined ALLIANCE, in order to facilitate the industry's continuing growth through sharing of best practices and benchmarking consistent excellence in employee performance through The Academy's training programs."
