Karen Condi Joins ABCN to Lead New ALLIANCE Office Strategies

ALLIANCE Office Strategies has been established in order to focus on the challenge of turning properties into world-class Office Business Centers driving immediate equity and profit.

ALLIANCE NETWORK recently announced the launch of a new division of The ALLIANCE Academy, ALLIANCE Office Strategies (AOS). This new division of The Academy has been established in order to focus on the challenge of turning properties into world-class Office Business Centers driving immediate equity and profit. AOS will enhance ALLIANCE and The Academy's abilities to serve as the ultimate resource for the industry as needs arise from marketing to operations to training and development.

Joining ABCN to lead AOS as Executive Director and Principal is Karen Condi.  With over 11 years of experience in the industry, Karen offers extensive knowledge and expertise in the areas of sales and operations. Previously, she served as Regional Manager and Corporate Director of Sales and Training for a national office suite provider, where she opened, acquired, developed and managed locations throughout the United States.

Most recently Karen served as President of Office Suite Strategies, a company she founded in 2006 which focused on establishing best practices to maximize revenues and profits. Her enthusiasm for our industry and empowering center operators and their teams is unmatched.

"I feel there is tremendous opportunity in the OBC industry for the operators and owners of the centers to be very successful even in a challenging economy with proper guidance" Karen said.

As Executive Director and Principal of AOS, Karen will concentrate on providing complete solutions for today's business centers including: Marketing, Operations, Office Suite Development, Management, Training and Consulting.
