The building is located on the corner of Bundall Road and Slatyer Avenue.

Located in the Bundall business district, Corporate Centre Two is home to CEO Serviced Offices' third Australian location. The building is located on the corner of Bundall Road and Slatyer Avenue.

The company's offices are located on floors nine and ten of the building, accounting for over 20% of the tower's floorspace. The center features green details, such as high-efficiency lighting across several zones activated by motion sensors to reduce energy consumption. Plenty of parking is available, and a cafe will be opened on-site.
